The Youth Patrol was a youth organization for boys and girls created as part of Benito Hermión's Free Society in 1883. Although Sobel doesn't say what the organization's purpose is, given the conservative, nationalistic nature of the Hermión regime and the ongoing Moralista insurgency it is likely that the Youth Patrol was itself nationalist and militaristic.
