Fritz Stark of the Southern Confederation.
The Stark speech was a speech given by Liberal Councilman Fritz Stark on the floor of the Grand Council on July 10, 1899. In the speech, Stark claimed (while looking at Majority Leader Winthrop Fields) to have proof that Governor-General Ezra Gallivan was in the pay of the Mexican company Kramer Associates. As a result of Stark's speech, a wave of political violence known as the Starkist terror swept through the Confederation of North America, in which hundreds were killed and thousands injured.
