The Minister of War is a Cabinet Minister in the Confederation of North America who serves as head of the War Office. Notable Ministers of War include Henry Gilpin in the administration of Governor-General Winfield Scott, and John Wolff in the administration of William Johnson. Both served as Minister of War during the Rocky Mountain War of 1845 to 1855. Given that the C.N.A. has been at peace since the Rocky Mountain War, it is unsurprising that no subsequent Ministers of War are mentioned in For Want of a Nail ....
