Minister for Foreign Affairs

The Minister of State, later known as the Minister for Foreign Affairs, is a Cabinet Minister of the Confederation of North America, and serves as head of the Office of Foreign Affairs. The Minister for Foreign Affairs is responsible for carrying out the C.N.A.'s foreign policy, and is one of the most powerful members of the Cabinet, second only to the Minister of Home Affairs. Notable Ministers of State and Ministers for Foreign Affairs include Bruce Harrison in the Cabinet of Winfield Scott, Montgomery Harcourt in the Cabinet of William Johnson, Malcolm Kitteridge in the Cabinet of John McDowell, Courtney Judd in the Cabinet of Douglas Watson, and Watson himself and Hugh Devenny in the Cabinet of Bruce Hogg.
