Martin Obregon.

Martin Obregon was the leader of a revolt against Spanish rule in South America in the wake of Spain's defeat in 1799 in the Trans-Oceanic War. Sobel does not say where in South America Obregon led his revolt, only that he was one of a number of Latin American revolutionaries who succeeded in driving the Spanish out by 1805.
