Joan Kahn is a North American historian and conspiracy theorist.
In Chapter 12, Sobel cites her 1968 book The Unknown History of the Hermión Assassination: The Gilpin Connection as an example of those who believe that the assassination of Pedro Hermión was orchestrated from Burgoyne. In Chapter 16, concerning the assassination of Omar Kinkaid, he remarks that "Kahn, in her Secret History of the Kinkaid Assassination (New York, 1970), holds the plot was hatched in the C.N.A., but there is little evidence to support her thesis." Both books are listed in Sobel's Bibliography.
