The Indian Party, later the United Indian Party, was a political party organized by the Indian inhabitants of Mexico del Norte after the passage of the Mexico City Constitution of 1820. In the 1821 Mexican elections, the Indian Party was able to elect two of its members to the Assembly.

By the time of the 1833 Mexican elections, the Indian Party had reorganized itself as the United Indian Party, and under this name it was able to elect one of its members to the Assembly. Due to either redistricting, or the loss of members to the two major Mexican parties, by the 1851 Mexican elections the United Indian Party was no longer popular enough to elect members to the Assembly. It may have continued as a local Mexico del Norte party, electing members to the state legislature.
