The Heirs of the Rebellion was a traditionalist political organization that appeared in the Confederation of North America in the early 1920s. Although its name seems to suggest an ideological connection with the leaders of the North American Rebellion, Owen Galloway's mention of the Heirs of the Rebellion in the Galloway Speech of 25 December 1922 makes it clear that they were defenders of the status quo rather than rebels against it. This suggests that the Heirs of the Rebellion were similar ideologically to the Friends of Burgoyne, and may have had some members in common. In his speech, Galloway says that the Heirs of the Rebellion are opposed to reformers such as Bryan Coleman, demanding that Coleman and those who think like him leave the country.
