Galloway, Northern Vandalia.
Galloway is the capital of the Confederation of Northern Vandalia, and also the confederation's largest city. Although Sobel does not specifically say where it is, it is likely that Galloway is located at the confluence of the St. Peter and Mississippi rivers. Before the Vandalian separation of 1877, Galloway was the capital of the Confederation of Vandalia. David Lea's Vandalia in the C.N.A.: A History was published in Galloway in 1946.
Galloway was named after the Loyalist leader Joseph Galloway.
