Frank Everhart.
Frank Everhart was a leading figure in the Liberty Party after the restoration of democracy in the United States of Mexico in 1901. Everhart was chosen as the Libertarian presidential nominee in the 1908 Mexican elections. However, due to the popularity of incumbent President Anthony Flores, Everhart suffered a "smashing" defeat, winning only 7,540,723 votes to Flores's 12,045,360. It is unknown what political offices, if any, Everhart held, or which Mexican state he was from.
