The For North America Movement was a radical anti-isolationist student organization in the Confederation of North America at the time of the Starkist terror. The F.N.A.M. was smaller and more radical than its rival organization, the Students Defense League, though like the S.D.L. it regarded Governor-General Ezra Gallivan as a traitor to the C.N.A. F.N.A.M. leader Edward Byrnes hinted that assassination might be the best way to remove Gallivan from power.
Sobel's source for the For North America Movement is Allen Watterson's The Great Fear: Starkism in the C.N.A. (London, 1956).
