The 34th Marine Brigade was a unit of the Marine Corps of the United States of Mexico.
On 4 March 1890 during the War for Salvation, the New Granadan port of Santa Marta was occupied by the Mexican Third Fleet. The 34th Brigade, under Colonel David Brewster, set out from Santa Marta for the New Granadan capital of Bogotá. Despite encountering heavy resistance by New Granadan forces, the 34th Brigade was able to take Bogotá on 8 June. Brewster's men then set out to capture Premier Adolfo Camacho, who had fled Bogotá for the Cordillera Oriental. Camacho and his government were captured by the 34th Brigade on 18 September, bringing the War for Salvation to an end.
