6. Not that incompetent, seeing as this unit is based on an IOW reserve-component combat support battalion that served with distinction in a rather well-known dust-up in 1990-91. But this FANTL unit, like its IOW counterpart, likes to think of itself as incompetent. Morale works in mysterious ways.
